Supportive Living
AQT provides one on one direct care staffing for individuals with developmental disabilities. Direct Care Staff assist clients with their daily living activities, including the following:
Self-care
assisting with toileting, grooming, dressing, and eating.

Language/Communication
assisting with communicating needs and responding to others

Learning
assisting with processing information and applying it appropriately
​
Mobility
assisting with moving clients from place to place, including assistive devices
​
Self-Direction
assisting with making appropriate decisions regarding time, travel, finances, health, and vocation
​
Independent Living
assisting with cooking, shopping, cleaning, and maintaining self in the home
Child Care
Evelyn D. Johnson (EDJ) Child Enrichment Center is a full-service child-care facility. EDJ offers child-care from 6:00 am – 6:00 pm as well as night services. Additionally, EDJ offers Developmental Screenings to assist parents and guardians in need to determine if a child may need specialized services. EDJ provides Speech/Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy.
Pre-Employment Transition Services
AQT provides employment training for youth in high school and juvenile facilities throughout the state of Arkansas. Employment training consists of job exploration, work readiness training, work-based learning, job coaching, and financial literacy. The youth will obtain employment with competitive pay.
